• A road near Kashare Level 3 Health Centre, Uganda.

A lot of women either walk to the health centre or arrive by bicycle. The lucky ones can get a lift by motorbike, bus or taxi.
• Farmers in Lesotho are feeling the impact of unprecedented rainfall this month...Over the past few weeks, the country has seen its heaviest rains for over 100 years. Downpours have been so heavy and so prolonged that many roads and tracks have flooded making travelling hazardous. Infrastructures have also been damaged; the capital Maseru was without water for days on end as the rains damaged a water pump controlling supply to the town.
