Rosmery and her husband sewing in their home in São Paulo, Brazil, where they live with their seven children and their grandson.
Rosmery and her husband are Bolivian and moved to Brazil in search of work. Prior to moving in to their own home they lived and worked in a sewing workshop with their family, often for up to 16 hours a day.
Nowadays they still sew and have long days, but they are based from home.
They have have received a lot of help and support from Missao Paz who work in partnership with C&A Foundation to offer advice and support on employment, health, family, community and education.
Their mission is to welcome, understand, integrate and celebrate the lives of immigrants and refugees, dreaming of a universal citizenship.
